For more than a century, the Fuentes family has been connected to the rich coffee-growing traditions of San Sebastián, Puerto Rico. Our family's story began in the mountains of Calabazas, where generations of Fuentes men and women worked tirelessly cultivating, harvesting, and caring for coffee plants that flourished in the fertile soils of our homeland.

Like many Puerto Rican families, our roots are built on hard work, sacrifice, and faith. Our grandfather worked in both the sugar cane fields and coffee plantations to provide for his family. Long days under the Caribbean sun taught him the values of perseverance, humility, and dedication, values that continue to guide us today.

What inspired the creation of Hacienda Fuentes and Café Fuentes was not simply a love for coffee, but a desire to honor our family's legacy. Coffee has always been more than a crop for us; it has been a tradition that brings family together. Some of our most cherished memories were made around a kitchen table, sharing stories, laughter, and a fresh cup of Puerto Rican coffee.

Today, that legacy continues at Finca Las Torres in Calabazas, San Sebastián, Puerto Rico, where we proudly cultivate and care for our coffee with the same passion and respect passed down through generations.
